Really nice place - we felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door.
The Diet Pepsi pump was off, and we had a long wait for our drinks (we were eating before they arrived), but our waitress made them complimentary because of our wait.
I'm a vegetarian and there were 2 dishes on the menu which did not contain meat or fish. Unfortunately one of these contained parmesan cheese which is not vegetarian so my choice was limited to the butternut squash risotto. I'm not a huge fan of risotto so was a bit worried, but it was DELICIOUS. I would certainly eat it again!
The desserts were also of a very high standard.
The only minus point was the toilets. I understand The Wardrobe is a pub, not a restaurant, and the toilets were more in that line - something you'd expect on a night out not from somewhere you'd gone to eat. Clean enough, just not as nice as I'd expected.
I will definitely be coming back to The Wardrobe next time I visit Leeds.

Took advantage of the early bird menu which represent fantastic value for money. Had beef carpaccio, pan fried duck breast and treacle tart for only £17. Food was good and generous portions.
