Owner, and Head Chef, Ban named his restaurant after his birthplace which is a small village approximately 100 miles North of Bangkok when translated means ‘Dawn of Happiness’. Ban prides himself on combining authentic Thai food with comfortable surroundings to create a unique and memorable dining experience for all of his guests. The restaurant is lavishly decorated with Thai artefacts such as intricately carved and painted wall hanging and rows of tiny Buddha’s. No detail has been overlooked and even the ceiling featured beautiful panel work and décor.

Following 8 successful years in Bangkok, Ban knows a thing or two about Thai cuisine. His dishes are all cooked using traditional methods and balances the key flavours of salty, sweet, spicy and sour perfectly. Thai cuisine is one of the healthiest foods available with the flavour and texture of the ingredients only enhanced by cooking instead of being masked. Choosing a dish from the vast menu may seem like a daunting task but whether you are a connoisseur or trying Thai food for the first time there is a dish for you. Highly recommended dishes include the Weeping Tiger, a sirloin steak grilled Thai style and served on a hot sizzling platter with a special sauce; or the Tab Gata Lon, a dish featuring chicken and duck liver flavoured with garlic, black pepper, lime-leaves, oyster sauce, lemongrass and fresh chilli.
